- -02.14.14- The Sweet Cheeks Virtual 5K Our very own virtual 5K. This is a followup the the insanely popular Sweet Cheeks and Sub-30 Club races last year. Proudly benefiting The American Cancer Society
- -03.22.14- Phillies Charities 5K This is the third year in a row that I will be running this race. I love the Fightin’ Phils to begin with, plus a flat course, awesome swag and a walk on the stadium field and I’m in again…
- -04.17.14- The UCP Life Without Limits 5K This is another race I will run every year without fail. I run with my family, in honor of my cousin who has Cerebral Palsy. She’s right out there with us every year, which is beond awesome. There literally is no better race for me than this.
- -05.04.2014- The Broad Street Run You are probably going to be sick of hearing about this race by the time I’m through, but it’s my favorite so far. So much so that I have created an entrier team to do it with me. Team Running my Ass Off kicking 10 miles of ass: Coming this May

- Running While Mommy This is a blog from a friend Nicole who lives up in the New Endland area (but we won’t hold that against her, she’s Philly born and raised). She has been a huge supporter of mine and is a really cool girl w/ a really cool blog
- Ben Does Life This was the website that kind of started it all for me. Ben was an overweight guy who was not happy with his current condition and he decided to do something about it. (sound familiar?) He started a blog and has completely turned his life around.
- Team Neon Running This is the blog of my friend Lonnie who is another badass weight loss story, and an eve badass-er (is that a word?) runner. He’s doing some great things and is worth your tiem to check it out. Warning: do not look directly into the neon.
- Hatboro-Horsham Patch.Com A local news website. The editor Theresa sat down and interviewed me and it appears that some future collaboration may be in the future. It’s an excellent site that I find myself going to more and more. More big things on the horizon? I’m thinking yes

Very awesome and inspiring. Your daughter may not get it yet, but once she realizes the hard work that goes into getting to where you are, she will be proud of her dad. But, I am guessing she is already proud.
